    ‘The Bapusmriti Group’ has been founded in the loving memory of Late Principal Shankarrao Krishnaji Unune, M.A.B.T.M.A (London), who popularly was known as ‘Bapusaheb Unune’. Principal Bapusaheb Unune was a well known educationist and philanthropist of his own times. In 1950’s, Bapusaheb was one among the very few people who studied in England. He completed his Bachelors in Teaching and M.A in Comparative Education from a world-class research and teaching institution- Institute of Education, University of London, England (1957-1959). He undertook the study of Comparative Education specialising in the Indian Peninsula, Educational Organisation and Administration, and General Theory of Education.

    ‘Ashiraj Education Overseas Consultants’ providing education overseas is a part of ‘The Bapusmriti group’ and has been established under the Dynamic Leadership of Directors, Mr. Amol Ashok Unune, Mr. Abhay Rajendra Das and Sheetal S Vaishnav.Overseas consultants is committed to provide education consulting services of International standards with a human touch, at optimum quality and to bring in continuous improvement in line with evolving student needs.

Founder & MD

About Me

Amol is one of the founder members of Ashiraj Edu. Overseas consultants. He has studied and lived in London, UK. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Human Resource Development along with Diploma in Labour Laws and Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations to his credit. He also completed his second masters- M.A in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University Business School, London. Amol, currently is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), London. He has around six years of experience into Human Resources, UK/US staffing and engineering field. He was instrumental in managing various projects with an US based firm bringing high end international recruiting and consulting experience with him.

Abhay is one of the founder members of Ashiraj Education Overseas Consultants. He has studied and lived in London, UK and New York, USA. He has around ten plus years of experience as an Equity Research Analyst and has worked extensively in US, UK and European Financial markets. Abhay has traded in the London Stock Exchange (LSE), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) German Index (DAX) and Bombay Stock Exchange on various financial products like currency, commodity and bonds. Abhay is driven and passionate about driving change, and building high growth teams, businesses and products that build meaningful and valuable experiences for global consumers. Abhay has been the visionary and the architect behind Ashiraj , having built it into a leading global education group over 09 years from scratch. Mr. Abhay pioneered and brought global education to the forefront of Indian students and parents, and successfully built and organized the market infrastructure for career development concepts and international education, all of which have set the standards for the industry in India and globally.

Sheetal is one of the Co-Founder of Ashiraj Education overseas consultants. She has studied MBA from Mumbai University. She has around 10 years of experience in the field of Financial Markets & wealth management . She has worked in Various MNC like Citi Wealth, Standard Chartered, Kotak Securities. Sheetal has played a fundamental role in operationalising initiatives, and nurturing student and university relationships over the years. Her strong values of professionalism, transparency, ethicality and commitment to the student’s future are the foundation and, over the years have been, the guiding philosophy behind the organization.Sheetal is very passionate about creating a positive future for students and families, and has played an important role in building the business with a value system that encourages and rewards people focused on social impact.
